Rooted in the core belt of Foshan's furniture industry, our company relies on the founding team's more than ten years of practical experience in furniture R&D, production and foreign trade, focusing on furniture customization and supporting accessory production. In the early stage, we focused on the manufacturing of core furniture products, and quickly opened the domestic commercial and home decoration market with stable quality and considerate services. Later, we gradually improved the industrial chain layout, expanded the independent production business of hardware and plastic supporting accessories, and realized independent and controllable supply chain. Our Factory
Our factory is a self-owned standardized plant located in Shishan Town, Nanhai District, Foshan City, with clear functional divisions. It is divided into seven core areas: panel processing workshop, upholstery sofa workshop, hardware stamping workshop, plastic molding workshop, finished product assembly area, finished product warehousing area and multi-functional physical showroom. We realize independent R&D and production of full-category furniture main bodies and supporting accessories without outsourcing processing, controlling quality from the source of production. The factory strictly implements 5S standardized on-site management, with independent raw material inspection area, semi-finished product inspection area and finished product quality inspection area to control each production process layer by layer. The offline physical showroom displays full-series product samples, supporting customers to view styles, select materials and customize samples on site, and the factory is open for on-site inspection and visit at any time.

Production Equipment
To ensure product accuracy, quality stability and delivery efficiency, our factory introduces a full set of advanced domestic fully automatic digital production and quality inspection equipment, realizing semi-automatic, digital and standardized operation of production processes. The core equipment covers four major production systems and professional quality inspection equipment: The panel furniture production line is equipped with CNC cutting machine, automatic edge banding machine, six-sided drilling machining center, sander and cutting saw; upholstery furniture is equipped with computer synchronous sewing machine, CNC sponge cutting machine, automatic upholstery machine and high-pressure foaming press; hardware processing is equipped with CNC stamping machine, bending machine, polishing machine and automatic welding equipment; plastic molding is equipped with injection molding machine and plastic extrusion edge banding production line. At the same time, it is equipped with professional quality inspection equipment such as formaldehyde detector, load-bearing pressure tester and wear and corrosion resistance tester to strictly control product quality in all aspects and efficiently undertake large-batch and high-precision customized orders.
