A wardrobe is a cabinet for storing clothes, typically made of stainless steel, solid wood (wood-based panels, particleboard, MDF), tempered glass, and hardware, manufactured through processes such as punching, assembly, riveting, and welding. Its components include the cabinet body, doors, silent wheels, and door curtains, and include built-in hanging rods, trouser racks, pull-out baskets, and disinfection lamps. It features flame retardancy, rodent prevention, seamless cockroach prevention, dust prevention, moth prevention, moisture prevention, and a clean and aesthetically pleasing appearance.

Common types include hinged door wardrobes, sliding door wardrobes, folding wardrobes, large-capacity intelligent disinfection wardrobes, and UV disinfection and cleaning wardrobes. Wardrobe bodies mostly use 18mm thick boards (particleboard, MDF, composite plywood, etc.), while door panels use different thicknesses depending on the type (sliding doors are often 9mm wood or 5mm glass, while hinged doors commonly use 16-18mm boards). Hardware accessories are usually supplied by the manufacturer. Modern design emphasizes functional zoning and spatial adaptation. Cabinet depths are typically 55-60cm, and door panel widths are 40-50cm. Materials must meet national E0/E1 safety standards. Custom-made wardrobes achieve systematic storage through hanging areas, folding areas, and drawers, incorporating design trends such as motion-sensor lighting and minimalist styling. Ventilation should be maintained during use to avoid allergic reactions.
